Wedding Venue Contract Template
This Wedding Venue Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date], by and between [Venue Name], located at [Venue Address] ("Venue") and [Client Name], residing at [Client Address] ("Client"). This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
The Venue agrees to provide the following services for the Client’s wedding event scheduled on [Event Date]:
- Exclusive use of the venue for [Number of Hours] hours.
- Setup and cleanup services before and after the event.
- Access to restrooms, parking facilities, and any included amenities.
- On-site coordinator on the day of the event.
The total fee for the Venue services is [Total Amount]. A deposit of [Deposit Amount] is required to secure the date. This amount is due upon signing this Contract. The remaining balance is due [Number of Days] days before the event date.
In the event of cancellation by the Client:
- If cancellation occurs more than [Number of Days] days before the event, the Client will receive a full refund of the deposit.

- No smoking inside the venue.
- All decorations must be approved by the Venue.
